Sunbury Solar and Battery Specialists

I cannot rate Alan's customer service highly enough: he was absolutely brilliant. Alan assisted in every step of the way from the wrangle trying to get Service Victoria to approve the rebate paperwork over several weeks to thoroughly addressing every intricacy of the installation. His team installed a super efficient heat pump hot water system for us. A couple of things went wrong in the process but I am still giving 5 stars and that is mostly because of Alan's exceptional customer service and being really pleased with the end result of much cheaper energy bills for our household. Thanks Alan!

Alan and the crew have been wonderful. Very patient while we reviewed our options. Expert advice and great guys to deal with. Highly recommend this local company!

A big thank you to 3 Phase Solar for our roof-top system. The install team were excellent - polite, accommodating and efficient, a truly professional job. Now we are a few months into being a fully electric household, we not only do NOT pay for any electricity but have just received a $500 refund from our electricity ‘supplier’ for the excess solar power we have fed into the grid. Not that we installed the system to make money but it seems that by adjusting our power use timing we have an unexpected bonus. With a 25 year product warranty it looks like we will pay off the system cost in seven years! Could not be happier, thank you Alan for your great system design and ongoing support and advice.

Alan did an amazing job from the initial discussion, through to updating the quote several times based on our changing requirements, ongoing consultation, professional installation, and post-sale support. I couldn't recommend him more highly.

Could not recommend Alan enough, I researched quite a bit and absolutely busted his chops with a million questions, day after day, time after time. Alan answered them all, nothing was too hard. Truly appreciate it, thank you Alan , you showed so much knowledge and patience 11/10

Can’t be more happier with my solar installation. Alan is a perfect consultant who listens and deliver individual solution design for each installation. Installers were accurate and precise. Highly recommended family business.

Alan and the team were absolutely awesome. Could not fault the admin process he helped me through with rebates etc or the hardware installation they did, panels inverter battery all neat tidy level and looks good. Everything is working as they explained (first time) with more information on the app than I will need to just monitor the system.

I could not recommend Alan and the team at 3 Phase Solar more highly. Right from the first quote Alan was incredibly professional and took the time to understand what I was looking for. He was able to provide multiple quotes and give me advice on the best system for my budget. The installation itself was very smooth and I am very happy with the final product and outcome

Really happy with 3 Phase Solar. Alan's team did an excellent job. Prompt service and quality components. They help me to set everything up and to keep it running with the best efficiency. I would definitely recommend 3 Phase Solar services. If I have any questions Alan is always ready to help. Thanks guys, great job!
